但加工(gong)(gong)函(han)數方程(cheng) 曲(qu)線(xian)(xian)輪廓時就很困難,因為(wei)早期的銑床數控系(xi)統不(bu)(bu)(bu)具(ju)備函(han)數運算功(gong)能(neng),直(zhi)接用(yong)(yong)G代碼不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)編(bian)制出函(han)數方程(cheng)曲(qu)線(xian)(xian)的加工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)序(xu),(版本較低(di)的)CAD/CAM軟件通(tong)常(chang) 也不(bu)(bu)(bu)具(ju)備直(zhi)接由方程(cheng)輸入圖形的功(gong)能(neng)。所以切削(xue)函(han)數方程(cheng)曲(qu)線(xian)(xian)輪廓,目前通(tong)常(chang)使用(yong)(yong)的方法是(shi):根據(ju)圖紙(zhi)要求,算出曲(qu)線(xian)(xian)上各點的坐(zuo)標,再根據(ju)算出的坐(zuo)標值用(yong)(yong)直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)或 圓弧指(zhi)令代碼編(bian)制程(cheng)序(xu),手工(gong)(gong)輸入系(xi)統進行(xing)加工(gong)(gong)。
